We do not issue a refund unless there was a processing error on our behalf. All purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for the following reasons:
1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.
We require a digital photo of the wrong item shipped in order to qualify for an exchange. You must notify us via email (email@example.com) within 5 business days receipt to qualify for an exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not be able to authorize your exchange. Once we receive your email notification, we will provide you with an address to return the items to be exchanged. Your new order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days as soon as we receive your return items.
We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will give you a full refund on return shipping.
